Hookah Vortex Bowl w/ flat Coconaras Gameplan
Note: I’m smoking this through a standard large hookah.
I finally managed to figure out the best way to smoke through a vortex bowl and these nice, smooth coals without compromising the flavor; ruining it with too much heat.
Start heating 3 coals. After maybe 10-20 minutes, add 2 more coals to the burner.
While those are heating, fill that vortex bowl with some shisha. The thing about this lovely juice-catching bowl is that it’s known to be a great shisha-saver. I filled it to about 1/3 of inch from the rim.
When the first 3 coals are lit all the way through, start smoking with them to heat up the shisha. After the smoke develops its ideal density, remove one coal and set the remaining two coals opposite from each other; neither should have an edge sticking out.
Smoke at your leisure <3
When the 2 other coals are done heating, add those to the hookah tray for later.
Then just add more on from your tray as the smoke thins out.
